This month’s class will look at Classic White Wines.

Join us and our own Bill Mercurio for an Introduction to Deductive (aka Blind) Tasting class. Bill is a Certified Sommelier and experienced at leading these classes. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your wine tasting experience and have fun doing so!

In the class, you’ll learn techniques used by Sommeliers to systematically evaluate wines by sight, smell, and taste, and the vocabulary to effectively describe the wines you are tasting. Five wines will be tasted, with light snacks served after the class.

The cost is $25.
